Jericho's 3rd Birthday!

This is another catch-up post. Jericho turned 3 on February 14, 2012. I made a birthday cake for him using a recipe I found on-line. It called for flour, honey, peanut butter, and shredded carrots. The icing was made of mashed potatoes, and I wrote his name on the cake with some A1 sauce. :) He seemed to like it. Happy, Happy Birthday Jericho! We love you, and we are grateful for the three years we have had with you. We hope to have many more years to come.
